WHO ARE WE?
N-eat opened in 2021, with the goal of bringing delicious and varied vegan food to the people of Trondheim. The restaurant was founded by four young chefs, starting their careers after completing their culinary degrees in Lucerne, Switzerland.
Our focus is to bring out the excitement of vegan food. All of our dishes are created with love and care for all people, no matter lifestyle or diet.

We strive to keep our business as sustainable as possible. All produce in our restaurant is grown or produced locally, and we support small farms and businesses that provide us with ingredients of amazing quality and taste.
We constantly keep tabs on our food waste, and push to limit this as much as we can.

Our dishes are unique and ever changing. We are in constant development, and want to bring you new and exciting experiences with food.
We do not limit ourselves to any genre, flavor, or region of the world. Being open to trying new ingredients, techniques, and combinations is one of the core values we hold ourselves to.

We want our food to be enjoyed by as many people as possible. That is why we make sure to create dishes that can be customized and prepared to fit any person with any lifestyle.
Of course, our menu is all vegan, so no meat or animal products are served in our restaurant. Our goal is for anyone to be able to experience the exciting world of vegan food!
